Thank you, and good morning. I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. Earlier today, Unum announced we have entered into an agreement to seed a portion of long-term care policies effective April 1, 2026. The transaction is expected to close during 2026, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and satisfaction or waiver of other customary closing conditions.
