Vor Biopharma Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. My name is Robert Ang, President and Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Vor Bio. I'm very happy to welcome you to the Vor Bio 2022 Annual Stockholder Meeting.
Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board who are with us today, including Matthew Patterson and David Lubner. The other executive officers of Vor Bio here today are Tirtha Chakraborty and Nathan Jorgensen. Also present is Patrick Good of Ernst & Young, Vor Bio's auditor, who is available to respond to appropriate questions, and [Jenny oceanic] and [Tail Cos] of Cooley, Vor Bio's outside corporate counsel
I will be acting as Chairperson of this meeting. Nathan Jorgensen will act as Secretary of this meeting.
