Aroundtown SA is a Luxembourg-based commercial real estate investment company that invests primarily in income-generating properties in Germany and other European markets. Its portfolio is concentrated in office, retail, and residential assets, with a focus on value-add opportunities in established urban locations. The company owns and manages properties directly and through subsidiaries and joint ventures, generating revenue mainly from rental income and, to a lesser extent, from property disposals. Its tenants include corporate occupiers, public-sector bodies, and retail operators. Germany accounts for the majority of its rental income, with additional exposure to the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and other European countries. Aroundtown is internally managed and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and it has grown largely through acquisitions of portfolios from other real estate companies.
