Bauhaus International (Holdings) Ltd is engaged in the design and retailing of trendy apparels, bags, and fashion accessories. The company operates in two segments namely online and offline of which the Offline segment derives majority of revenue. The Offline segment includes management and operation of physical point-of-sale, including but not limited to retail stores, outlets, pop-up shops seasonal bargain sales activities, etc. in different regions; and the Online segment includes management and operation of cyber distribution channels to capture boundless online consumption. The group's in-house brands are SALAD, BAUHAUS, and others. Its geographical segments are Hong Kong and Macau.
