BRC Asia Ltd is principally engaged in the prefabrication of steel reinforcement for use in concrete, trading of steel reinforcing bars, and manufacturing and sale of wire mesh fences. The company's reportable segments are: (i) The fabrication and manufacturing segment is involved in the business of processing and prefabrication of steel reinforcement, including sale of standard-length rebar, for use in concrete. (ii) Trading segment is involved in trading of steel and steel related products in both domestic and international market. (iii) Others relates to leasing of properties.
