GreenRoc Strategic Materials PLC operates as a mining company. The Company's principal activities are the development of mining and exploration interests in Greenland, where its subsidiaries hold three separate exploration permits. The company and its subsidiaries own and operate mining projects in Greenland (for graphite and ilmenite) and a proposed active anode material (AAM) plant in Norway. The Subsidiary Companies are GreenRoc Graphite Limited (which owns the Amitsoq licence and proposed AAM plant project) and White Eagle Resources Limited (owner of the Thule Black Sands licence).
