Austar Lifesciences Ltd is an investment holding company, and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in providing integrated engineering solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers and research institutes, as well as manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical equipment and consumables in the PRC. Its products include Clean Utility Equipment & Chemical Pharmaceutical Preparation System and others. It has three business segment groups: Integrated Process and Packaging Equipment & Systems (IPS), which generates maximum revenue and combines the original business segments of Liquid and Bioprocess System and Powder and Solid System; Consulting, Digitalization, and Construction; and Life Science Equipment and Consumables.
