Capstone Copper Corp is a Canadian mining company focused on copper production in the Americas. Its operating assets include the Pinto Valley mine in Arizona, United States; the Cozamin mine in Zacatecas, Mexico; and the Mantos Blancos and Mantoverde mines in Chile. The company also produces by-product metals including zinc, lead, molybdenum, silver, and gold, which supplement copper revenue. Its growth pipeline includes the Santo Domingo development project in Chile and the Mantoverde development project, which is designed to expand copper production through a sulphide concentrator and improved processing capacity. Capstone sells copper concentrates and cathodes to smelters, traders, and industrial customers in global markets, with revenue driven primarily by copper prices and production volumes.
