In Italy it runs the general-interest channels Canale 5, Italia 1 and Rete 4, while in Spain it operates Telecinco and Cuatro. The group also offers a portfolio of semi-generalist and thematic channels, including cinema, series and children's content, distributed both linearly and through on-demand and streaming services. Its primary revenue source is television advertising, supplemented by sales of television rights and productions, pay streaming subscriptions, film distribution, and services related to the construction, rental and maintenance of television equipment. MFE organizes its operations into two reporting segments, Italy and Spain, with Italy generating the larger share of revenue. The company is listed in Milan and is controlled by the Berlusconi family holding Fininvest.
