Jadestone Energy PLC is an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the Asia-Pacific region. It produces crude oil and gas from operated offshore assets, principally the Montara project in the Timor Sea and the Stag oilfield offshore Western Australia, and holds interests in the Maari field offshore New Zealand and the Lemang production sharing contract onshore Sumatra, Indonesia. The company also holds exploration and pre-development interests in Vietnam and elsewhere in Southeast Asia. Its customers are primarily crude oil offtakers and commodity traders, with production sold into regional and international oil markets at prevailing benchmark-linked prices. Revenue is generated mainly from the sale of crude oil and, to a lesser extent, natural gas and liquids, supplemented by occasional tariff income from third-party processing at its facilities. Jadestone is headquartered in Singapore and listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.
