It provides corporate and retail banking products and services, including deposits, loans, payment and settlement services, credit cards, wealth management, and treasury operations conducted for its own account and for customers. The bank also operates an insurance business and offers rural financial services. Its extensive domestic branch network spans urban and rural areas across mainland China, and it maintains overseas branches and subsidiaries in major financial centers.
