Its primary investment objective is to provide a high level of current income, with capital preservation as a secondary objective. The trust invests mainly in senior secured floating rate loans, typically below investment grade, made to corporations across sectors such as software, health care providers and services, machinery, chemicals, professional services, IT services, hotels, restaurants and leisure, capital markets, specialty retail, and commercial services and supplies.
