It operates refineries across the United States and Europe with roughly 1.8 million barrels per day of net crude capacity, marketing fuels through the Phillips 66, 76, and Conoco brands in the U.S. and JET in Europe. Its Midstream segment, expanded through the acquisitions of DCP Midstream and EPIC's NGL business, provides natural gas liquids gathering, processing, fractionation, and transportation, while the Chemicals segment operates through CPChem, its 50/50 joint venture with Chevron, a global leader in ethylene and polyethylene.
