Ellaktor SA is a Greek infrastructure and real estate holding company. Its core activity is concessions, primarily the operation and management of motorway projects in Greece, including major toll roads developed under public-private partnership arrangements. The group also develops and manages real estate through its listed subsidiary REDS, with projects spanning commercial and residential property, marinas, and tourism-related developments, and it maintains a hospitality portfolio. Revenue is generated mainly from concession and toll operations, property development and leasing, and hospitality services. The company's activities are concentrated in Greece, which accounts for the large majority of its revenue, with a limited presence elsewhere in Europe. Ellaktor has historically been controlled by the Bobolas family and has undergone restructuring, including the sale of its construction arm to a consortium led by Aktor and a subsequent rebranding of that business.
