Amex Exploration Inc is a mining exploration company focused on developing high-grade gold ounces from the Perron Gold Project, located approximately 110 kilometers north of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Its Eldorado Gold has strategically invested in Amex by acquiring a significant stake, drawn by the high quality and grade of the Perron project. The project is well-serviced by existing infrastructure, on a year-round road, from an airport, and outside the town of Normetal. The open pit and underground stope operations contain approximately 594,100 measured and indicated ounces at an average grade of around 4.28 g/t Au, along with approximately 1,049,650 inferred ounces at a grade of around 3.80 g/t Au.
