It operates two reportable segments: Connected Fitness Products and Subscription. The products segment generates revenue from equipment sales, accessories, delivery and installation, rental offerings, extended warranties, branded apparel, and commercial service contracts, including Precor-branded fitness products. The subscription segment generates recurring monthly fees from members who access live and on-demand classes across cycling, running, strength, yoga, and meditation through the Peloton app and its hardware.
