First Resources Ltd is a Singapore-listed palm oil producer whose operations are concentrated in Indonesia. The company cultivates oil palm plantations and operates palm oil mills that process fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil and palm kernel. Its downstream activities include refining, fractionation and biodiesel production, converting crude palm oil and palm kernel into higher-value products such as refined, bleached and deodorized olein, palm kernel oil and biodiesel. The group is organised into plantation and palm oil mill operations, and refinery and processing operations. Its products are sold to customers in Indonesia and international markets, including food, consumer goods and energy-related buyers. Revenue is driven by the sale of crude palm oil, palm kernel and processed palm-based products, with biodiesel output tied partly to Indonesian domestic blending requirements.
