Jinpan International Ltd was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on April 3, 1997 under the International Business Companies Act of the British Virgin Islands. The Company design, manufacture and sells electrical power control and distribution equipment that are used in commercial, industrial, and infrastructural applications.
