Boundless Bio Inc is a clinical-stage oncology company. It is focused on developing cancer therapeutics that address the unmet need in patients with oncogene-amplified tumors by targeting extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA), a root cause of oncogene amplification observed in cancer patients. Using its proprietary Spyglass platform, the company identifies targets essential for ecDNA functionality, then designs and develops small-molecule drugs called ecDNA-directed therapies (ecDTx) to inhibit those targets.
