The company operates in three business segments: (i) Provision of stockbroking services, corporate finance advisory services, money lending services and fund management services ('Financial Services') (ii) Property Investment and Development (iii) Investment Holding. The company generates the majority of the revenue from the Financial Services segment in the form of Interest income, Brokerage commissions, Sales charges, Corporate finance advisory fees, Management fees, Performance fees, and Exit fees.
