Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd is an oil and gas exploration company with a portfolio of offshore assets in South America and Africa. Its principal interests include the Orinduik Block offshore Guyana, where it holds a working interest alongside other partners, and the Canje Block, also offshore Guyana. In southern Africa, the company holds interests in Block 3B/4B and Block 1 offshore South Africa, and in the Walvis Basin offshore Namibia through petroleum exploration licences PEL 97, PEL 98, PEL 99 and PEL 100. It also holds an interest in the North Falkland Basin. The company operates as a single segment, oil and gas exploration, and generates no material revenue from production, instead funding exploration activity through equity financings and farm-out transactions in which partners carry or contribute to exploration costs.
