Asante Gold Corp business activity is the operation of its two gold mines, the Bibiani Gold Mine and the Chirano Gold Mine, in the Republic of Ghana through a holding of interest in its subsidiaries. The Company is conducting exploration activities on properties assessed to be of merit for locating additional mineral resources, and has acquired or has options to acquire mining concession rights to additional properties in Ghana, where it is actively engaged in exploration and evaluation activities.
