Blackrock Muniyield Fund Inc is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. Its investment objective is to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from U.S. federal income taxes. The fund invests a majority of its assets in municipal bonds exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax).
