Vistar Holdings Ltd's principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the provision of installation services, alteration and addition works, and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical engineering systems in Hong Kong. The company operates through three segments, namely, Installation services, Alteration and addition work, and Maintenance services. Its Installation segment is involved in the supply and carrying out of installation services; Its Alteration and addition work segment provision of alteration and addition works on existing systems of customers; and its Maintenance services segment comprises the provision of repair and maintenance services.
