Kistos Holdings PLC is an independent energy company focused on acquiring and operating upstream oil and gas assets, primarily in the North Sea region. It produces and sells crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids through operations in Norway, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. In Norway, the company holds interests in the Balder and Ringhorne Ost fields; in the UK, it operates gas-producing assets and holds North Sea licenses and gas storage interests; and in the Netherlands, it produces gas from the Q10-A field and other licenses. Revenue is generated mainly from the sale of hydrocarbons, supplemented by trading activity. Kistos also pursues acquisitions and development projects to expand its reserves and production base, and has diversified into low-carbon and renewable energy ventures alongside its core fossil fuel operations.
