Its portfolio consists primarily of hotels operating under Marriott and Hilton brands, including Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Hampton by Hilton, Homewood Suites, and Embassy Suites. The company leases its wholly owned hotels to taxable REIT subsidiaries, which in turn engage unaffiliated third-party management companies to operate the properties.
