Acsion Ltd is a South African real estate investment and development company that owns, manages and develops commercial property. Its South African property operations segment holds a portfolio of retail centres and light industrial properties across Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga, and generates the majority of group revenue through rental income. The company also operates a hospitality segment, established with the opening of Acsiopolis Sandton (trading as Sandton Hotel), which contributes complementary accommodation and related hospitality revenue. Internationally, Acsion owns and operates Metropolis Mall in Cyprus and has been developing Acsiopolis Thessaloniki in Greece. The group's revenue model centres on property rentals, hospitality operations and property development, with its primary market being South Africa and a smaller but growing presence in Southern Europe. Acsion is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
