The group has three reportable segments: Scientific and Measuring Instruments, Industrial Equipment, and Medical Equipment. The Scientific and Measuring Instruments segment manufactures and sells electron microscopes, nuclear magnetic resonance devices, and mass spectrometers. The Industrial Equipment segment manufactures and sells electron beam lithography equipment, electron beam metal 3D printers, and high-frequency power supplies.
