Nicox SA is an international ophthalmology company developing solutions to help preserve vision and improve ocular health. It is developing a portfolio of treatments targeting glaucoma, diseases of the anterior segment and retinal diseases. A drug candidate (NCX 470) in phase 3 clinical development designed to reduce intraocular pressure ("IOP") in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
