E Split Corp is a mutual fund company. The company has a portfolio comprised of common shares of Enbridge, a North American oil and gas pipeline, gas processing, and natural gas distribution company. The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions, and for Class A Shares, to give the holders non-cumulative monthly cash distributions and to provide holders with the opportunity for capital appreciation through exposure to the Portfolio.
