Key therapeutic areas include cardiovascular disease, led by cholesterol-lowering Leqvio and heart-failure treatment Entresto; oncology, including breast cancer therapy Kisqali, radioligand therapy Pluvicto, and Scemblix for leukemia; immunology, with psoriasis and arthritis biologic Cosentyx; and neuroscience and rare diseases, including multiple sclerosis therapy Kesimpta and gene therapy Zolgensma.
