New York REIT Inc is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in acquiring, owning, and leasing commercial properties in New York City. The company's real estate portfolio contains a variety of office, retail, hotel, parking, and storage locations. The vast majority of this portfolio, however, is comprised of office buildings in terms of total square footage.
