Plenitude Bhd is a Malaysian investment holding company whose subsidiaries operate in property development, property investment, hotel operations, and related services. Its property development segment generates most of its revenue, developing residential and commercial projects primarily in Malaysia, including in the Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor. The company owns and operates hotels and serviced residences, such as Travelodge Georgetown and The Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences in Penang, and provides building cleaning, project management, and consulting services. It also holds land and investment properties. While the majority of revenue comes from Malaysia, the group has had operations or investments in South Korea and Japan. Revenue is derived mainly from property sales, hotel room and serviced residence rentals, property investment income, and fees from its service businesses.
