Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company. Along with its subsidiaries, it is engaged in the trading of construction machinery and spare parts, leasing of the construction machinery under operating leases, and providing repair and maintenance services in respect of the construction machinery. A majority of its revenue is generated from leasing and subleasing of owned plant and machinery.
