CR Construction Group Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company engaged in providing construction services. The company has two segments: The construction operations segment engages in contract works as a main contractor in respect of building construction works and RMAA works in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United Kingdom; The environmental operations segment engages in construction, rehabilitation and operation of sewage and reclaimed water treatment plants as well as water distribution plants and other environmental related facilities and infrastructure in the PRC. Majority of its revenue is from the construction operations segment. The company also operates in China, the UK, and Malaysia, along with Hong Kong.
