Tertiary Minerals Business Description

Address Queens Avenue, Silk Point, Macclesfield, Cheshire, GBR, SK10 2BB
Tertiary Minerals PLC is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration and development company. It focuses on the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral deposits, principally copper, gold and fluorspar, across Zambia, the United States and Norway. Its project portfolio includes the Konkola West, Mukai, Mushima North, Jacks, Lubuila and Mupala copper projects in Zambia, the Brunton Pass copper-gold project in Nevada, USA, and the Storuman and Lassedalen fluorspar projects in Sweden and Norway. The company operates through a single reporting segment, the management of exploration projects, supported by a head office function. It generates no material revenue from mining operations, instead funding its activities through equity issuances and, where applicable, project partnerships and joint ventures. Its activities are therefore early-stage exploration, with value creation dependent on discovery and subsequent development or divestment of its mineral assets.
