ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA is a Spanish infrastructure and engineering group operating through three main segments: Construction, Industrial Services, and Concessions. Its construction business builds and maintains transport, energy, water, and building projects, including roads, railways, ports, and airports. The industrial services arm provides engineering, installation, and maintenance for energy, industrial, and mobility infrastructure, with activities in power generation, oil and gas, and telecommunications networks. The concessions segment develops and operates toll roads and other infrastructure under long-term contracts. ACS operates across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia, with a significant share of revenue generated outside Spain, particularly in North America. Revenue comes from construction and engineering contracts, long-term concession agreements, and recurring maintenance and aftermarket services.
