  • Num of year profit (number of years that is profitable within the last 10 years)

Equites Property Fund Ltd is a real estate investment trust based in South Africa. It is engaged in the investment in and development of commercial properties in the industrial sector. The Company operates across four segments which includes SA industrial (sixty one properties in logistics nodes across South Africa), UK industrial (six properties and development sites in the UK), UK developer (focuses on land disposal and turnkey developments, profits excluded from distributable income), and Other (properties held-for-sale).
