Al Kamil Power Co SAOG is engaged in power generation and supplying of electricity into the North Oman Transmission Grid. It operates only in one business segment, namely, power generation. Natural gas is supplied by pipeline from the Saih Rawl gas field that also supplies gas to major industries in Sur. The natural gas is received at the plant, mixed with air and burned in the gas turbines to produce power.
