  • Revenue growth rank (5 year), when the growth is higher than 25%, set it as 25%
  • Num of year profit (number of years that is profitable within the last 10 years)
  • ROIC median (10-year median of ROIC)

EnGro Corp Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The company operates through four business segments: Cement and Building materials, Specialty polymers, Investments and Food & Beverages. The Cement and Building Materials segment which derives the key revenue includes the manufacturing and sale of cement, ready-mix concrete and building materials. The Specialty Polymer segment produces and markets thermosetting synthetic resin and plastic materials. The Investments segment trades equity securities, debt securities, and management of holds investments in venture capital funds and equity securities. The Food and Beverage segment operates on food and beverage outlets under franchise. It generates majority of its revenues from Singapore and also has presence in Malaysia and PRC.
