The final ranked companies are split in equal numbers and ranked from 1 to 10, with 10 as the most undervalued, and 1 as the most overvalued. The numbers of companies in each rank are the same.

The company has three business segments: Food Ingredients, Chocolate & Confectionery Fats, and Technical Products & Feed. The Food Ingredients segment provides solutions to the bakery, dairy, nutrition, plant-based, & food service industries. The Chocolate & Confectionery Fats segment mainly serves manufacturers of chocolate, spreads, & fillings products as well as customers in the personal care industry. The Technical Products & Feed segment provides a growing range of specialized solutions, responding to an increased demand for natural ingredients & sustainability.
