Hengli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a Chinese integrated petrochemical and polyester producer listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Through its subsidiary Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian), it operates a large refining and chemical complex that converts crude oil into paraxylene, purified terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol, and other intermediates, alongside refined oil products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. The company also produces polyester chips, filaments, staple fibers, and films, serving textile, packaging, and industrial customers. Its operations span three main segments: petrochemicals, polyester, and headquarters/other, with petrochemicals contributing the largest share of revenue. Hengli sells domestically across China and exports refined and chemical products to overseas markets, generating revenue through the sale of refined oil products, chemical intermediates, and polyester materials. The company is part of the broader Hengli Group and is one of China's largest privately held refining and polyester enterprises.
