Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. is a diversified Japanese industrial and engineering group operating through several segments. Its Aerospace Systems division builds aircraft and aeroengine components for defense and commercial customers, including patrol aircraft, transport aircraft, and helicopters. The Energy Solution and Marine Engineering segments supply gas turbines, industrial machinery, marine propulsion systems, and submarines. The Rolling Stock segment manufactures railway cars and related equipment for transit operators worldwide. Precision Machinery and Robot produces industrial robots, hydraulic components, and automation systems. The Motorcycle and Engine segment makes motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, personal watercraft, and general-purpose engines sold under the Kawasaki brand. The company serves governments, defense agencies, airlines, manufacturers, transit authorities, and consumers.
