The principal business of the Company is the acquisition, exploration, and definition of potentially economically viable mineral resource deposits on mineral properties. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is a mineral exploration and development group focused on advancing the Calico Silver Project (the Calico Project), its silver exploration and resource development project in the United States, as well as its optioned project in Chihuahua, Mexico, called the Cinco de Mayo Project (Cinco de Mayo).
