Vonovia SE is a German residential real estate company and one of Europe's largest landlords. It owns and manages a large portfolio of residential units across Germany, with additional operations in Austria and Sweden following the acquisition of Deutsche Wohnen and its stake in Adler Group's assets. The company operates through segments including Rental, Value-add, Recurring Sales, and Development. The Rental segment generates the majority of revenue through long-term leases of apartments to private tenants, while Value-add covers services such as energy supply, cable, and maintenance.
