Aéroports de Paris SA (ADP) designs, builds, and operates airports, principally Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly, and Paris-Le Bourget, along with several regional and overseas airfields. Its activities are organized into aviation (airport fees and related services), retail and services (duty-free, shops, restaurants, car parks, and advertising), real estate, and international operations. Customers include airlines, passengers, freight operators, retailers, and property tenants. ADP holds equity stakes in TAV Airports and GMR Airports, extending its airport network into Turkey, India, and other markets. Revenue comes from regulated aviation charges plus largely unregulated commercial and real estate income, with retail and services contributing a disproportionate share of operating profit. The French state remains the largest shareholder, and the group also provides engineering, training, and airport management services internationally.
