Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited is a Thai energy company whose operations span petroleum refining, marketing, and renewable power. Its Bangchak refinery near Bangkok processes crude oil into gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and other petroleum products, which are sold through a nationwide network of Bangchak service stations and to industrial and commercial customers. The company also produces biodiesel and ethanol, operates electricity generation from solar and other renewable sources, and holds upstream natural resource interests. It markets lubricants and other consumer products and has expanded into aviation fuel and battery businesses. Revenue comes mainly from refined petroleum product sales and oil trading, supplemented by power sales and bio-based products. While Thailand accounts for most revenue, Bangchak also has operations and trading activities in Singapore, Laos, and other regional markets.
