The company is engaged in the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, treating, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging and otherwise producing and dealing in gold, silver, copper, zinc, brass, iron, steel, and all kinds of ores, metals and minerals.
