Cardiol Therapeutics Inc is a late-stage life sciences company focused on advancing the development of anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic therapies for heart disease. Its primary small-molecule candidate, CardiolRx, targets inflammasome pathway activation, which is involved in the development of inflammation and fibrosis in conditions such as pericarditis, myocarditis, and heart failure.
