Hong Kong Gold Industry Group Ltd, formerly known as Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Ltd, is an investment holding company. The company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in iron ore processing, and selling of iron concentrates and other minerals in the People's Republic of China. Its mines include Yangzhuang Iron Mine, Zhuge Shangyu Ilmenite Mine, Qinjiazhuang Ilmenite, Gaozhuang Shangyu Ilmenite and Luxing Titanium Mine. The businesses of the Group are classified into mining and ore processing, and trading of minerals, which are its two reportable segments. The majority of the company's revenue is derived from the Trading of minerals segment. Geographically, all the revenue of the Group is derived in the PRC.
